## Services Monitored

| Service                  | What it covers                               |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Platform & Dashboard** | app.kaanha.ai — login, dashboard, chat inbox |
| **REST API**             | All API endpoints and webhook delivery       |
| **WhatsApp Gateway**     | Message delivery via Meta Cloud API          |
| **AI Services**          | AI chatbot responses and automation          |
| **Voice & SMS**          | Voice agents and Twilio SMS channel          |

## Status Indicators

| Indicator          | Meaning                                                          |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 🟢 **Operational** | Service is fully functional                                      |
| 🟡 **Degraded**    | Service is experiencing elevated errors or slower response times |
| 🔴 **Outage**      | Service is unavailable or significantly impaired                 |
