Kaanha AI provides comprehensive analytics across messaging, agent performance, revenue attribution, and customer satisfaction.

Message Analytics

Go to Analytics for an overview of your messaging activity.

Metrics

Messages SentTotal outbound messages in the period
Messages ReceivedTotal inbound messages
Delivery Rate% of sent messages confirmed delivered
Read Rate% of delivered messages opened
Response Rate% of conversations that received a reply

Date Range

Use the From / To date pickers to customize the analysis period. Defaults to the last 30 days.

Hourly Distribution

The Read Rate by Hour chart shows which hours have the highest engagement — useful for scheduling broadcasts.

Agent Performance

Go to Analytics → Agent Performance for per-agent metrics:

SLA Compliance

A stat card on the Analytics page shows:
  • Compliance Rate: % of conversations where first response was within your SLA target
  • Avg First Response: Average first response time across all conversations
Configure SLA targets at Settings → SLA.

CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)

After each resolved conversation, Kaanha AI sends an automated 1-5 rating request. Analytics page shows:
  • Average CSAT score
  • Score distribution (% each rating)
  • CSAT score = % of ratings that are 4 or 5
Per-agent CSAT is shown in the Agent Performance table.

Revenue Attribution

Go to Analytics → Revenue to track WhatsApp-driven revenue:

CTWA (Click-to-WhatsApp Ad Attribution)

Go to Analytics → CTWA to see which ads are driving WhatsApp conversations:

CSV Export

Export raw data for external analysis:
  1. Go to Analytics → Export
  2. Select data type: Messages or Contacts
  3. Choose date range
  4. Download CSV
