SLA Compliance
A stat card on the Analytics page shows:- Compliance Rate: % of conversations where first response was within your SLA target
- Avg First Response: Average first response time across all conversations
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
After each resolved conversation, Kaanha AI sends an automated 1-5 rating request. Analytics page shows:- Average CSAT score
- Score distribution (% each rating)
- CSAT score = % of ratings that are 4 or 5
Revenue Attribution
Go to Analytics → Revenue to track WhatsApp-driven revenue:| Metric | Description |
