White-Label

Kaanha AI supports white-label branding for resellers and agencies who want to offer the platform under their own brand.

What Can Be Customized

Setup (Self-Managed)

  1. Go to Settings → White Label (OWNER role only)
  2. Enter your branding details
  3. Upload assets (or provide URLs)
  4. Click Save
Changes are reflected immediately across your organization’s dashboard.

Reseller Setup (Admin-Granted)

For agencies reselling Kaanha AI under their brand, white-label must be enabled by a super admin:
  1. Super admin goes to /admin/organizations/[id]
  2. Opens the Reseller tab
  3. Fills in branding fields: brand name, logo URL, primary color, favicon
  4. Clicks Grant White Label
To revoke: click Revoke White Label in the same tab.
This footer is shown on the Free plan for viral branding. On Growth and Pro plans, it’s hidden by default. White-label organizations can additionally set hidePoweredBy: true to suppress it entirely.

Notes

  • White-label does not affect API endpoints, webhook URLs, or backend behavior
  • The Kaanha AI email infrastructure is used for transactional emails (can be changed via SMTP settings)
  • Custom domain support requires DNS configuration — contact support for setup assistance
