How White-Label Gets Enabled

White-label is a plan-gated feature — it’s unlocked automatically once your organization is on the Premium plan ($99/mo). If you’re not on Premium, a super admin can also grant it directly as a complimentary override (see Reseller Setup below), which is how agencies reselling the platform typically get it without necessarily being billed Premium themselves. Lifetime Deal (LTD) plans hard-lock white-label off permanently — it cannot be enabled on any LTD tier, even by an admin override, since it’s one of the recurring-revenue upsell features LTD deliberately excludes.

Setup (Self-Managed)

  1. Go to Settings → White Label (OWNER role only)
  2. Enter your branding details
  3. Upload assets (or provide URLs)
  4. Click Save
Changes are reflected immediately across your organization’s dashboard.

Custom Domain — fully self-service

Connecting a custom domain (e.g. app.yourbrand.com) doesn’t require contacting support — it’s a self-service flow in the same White Label settings tab:
  1. Enter your desired domain and click Add Domain
  2. The page shows the exact CNAME/TXT DNS records to add at your domain registrar
  3. Once your DNS provider has propagated the records, click Verify
  4. TLS is provisioned automatically once verification succeeds — no manual certificate step

Reseller Setup (Admin-Granted)

For agencies that need white-label without being on the Premium plan, a super admin can grant it directly as a complimentary override:
  1. Super admin goes to /admin/organizations/[id]
  2. Opens the Reseller tab
  3. Fills in branding fields: brand name, logo URL, primary color, favicon
  4. Clicks Grant White Label
To revoke: click Revoke White Label in the same tab.
This footer is shown on the Free plan for viral branding. On Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans it is hidden by default. White-label organizations can additionally set hidePoweredBy: true to suppress it entirely.

Notes

  • White-label does not affect API endpoints, webhook URLs, or backend behavior
  • The Kaanha AI email infrastructure is used for transactional emails (can be changed via SMTP settings)
  • Custom domain support requires DNS configuration — contact support for setup assistance
