Getting Started with Kaanha AI
This guide walks you through signing up, connecting your WhatsApp Business account, and sending your first message in under 10 minutes.Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit app.kaanha.ai/signup
- Enter your email, name, and password
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Kaanha AI
- Click the verification link — this activates your account
- You’ll be redirected to the login page
Note: You must verify your email before you can log in. If you don’t see the email within 2 minutes, check your spam folder or use “Resend Verification” on the login page.
Step 2: Connect WhatsApp
After logging in, you’ll see the Onboarding Wizard. Kaanha AI uses the official Meta Cloud API to connect your WhatsApp Business number.- Go to Settings → Cloud API
- Enter your credentials from Meta Business Manager:
- WhatsApp Phone Number ID
- Business Account ID
- Access Token (permanent token from Meta)
- App Secret (from your Meta App)
- Click Test Connection — you’ll see a green ✓ if successful
- Add your Webhook Verify Token and configure the webhook URL in Meta Business Manager:
Step 3: Add Your First Contact
- Go to Contacts → Add Contact
- Enter the phone number in E.164 format (e.g.,
+91 9876543210) - Add a name, email, and any tags
- Toggle Opt-In to confirm the contact has agreed to receive messages
WhatsApp requires contact opt-in consent before you can message them. See Contacts & Conversations for opt-in management.
Step 4: Send Your First Message
- Go to Chat → select or create a conversation
- Type a message in the input area and press Send
- For new conversations, WhatsApp requires a pre-approved template if the contact hasn’t messaged you in the last 24 hours
Step 5: Complete Your Onboarding Checklist
The dashboard shows a 6-item checklist. Complete each to unlock the full platform:| Step | Action |

14-day Pro trial: Explore all Pro features (AI agents, third-party integrations) for 14 days, no credit card required. Trial converts to Free at the end if you don’t subscribe. AI credits: 1 credit = 1,000 tokens. Soft-block triggers when balance hits zero — top up by upgrading your plan. Payments: Stripe USD only.
