Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Billing → Upgrade
- Select Growth or Pro
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves ~17%)
- Complete payment via Razorpay or Stripe

Usage Limits
Monitor your usage at Billing → Usage:- Contacts used vs plan limit
- Messages sent this month
- Storage used
- API calls this month
- AI tokens consumed
Complimentary Plans
Super admins can grant free access to any plan for a specified number of days. If you’ve been granted a complimentary plan:- A banner shows the plan name and expiry date
- Features are active immediately
- On expiry, your plan automatically reverts to Free
Cancellation
- Go to Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Confirm in the dialog
- Your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period
Invoices
All invoices are available at Billing → Invoices. Kaanha AI generates invoices for:- Monthly/annual subscriptions
- Message packs (if purchased)
- Add-ons (e.g., Direct Connect)
Enterprise
Enterprise plans are not available for self-service purchase. They offer:- Custom contact, message, and team limits
- Custom pricing (annual contract)
- Dedicated support
- White-label options
- Per-feature customization
